Adrienne Bailon Houghton is swimsuit ready as she shows of her 20-pound weight loss.
On Friday, the 36-year-old star showed off her new physique in a strapless black bikini via Instagram photo, after losing 20 pounds.

“May 1st 2020 During this time more than ever… Staying healthy is at the top of my mind! This is my first post in a bathing suit since losing 20lbs,” Bailon captioned in the post.
She discussed how she had reached a breaking point that lead her to a weight loss and fitness journey. Adrienne shared how she managed to make permanent lifestyle changes and adopt the plant-based diet. Working out and changing the eating habits is what really helped her shed the weight.
Enough is enough!
Sometimes you just reach a point where you have had enough and it is time to make a change. That is how I felt when I first began my own weight loss journey.
“But not this time… It’s been a year since I “had enough” (have you ever gotten there? Where you’re just tired of complaining about what you don’t like & you’re finally ready to take action & REALLY make changes!),” she wrote.
Be Consistent to Lose Weight
“I’ve been consistent with my self-discipline (although it’s been so hard at times). I’m constantly reminding myself that the greatest form of self-love – is self-discipline! They say it takes 21 days to form a new habit… I just want to encourage you to take this time to develop healthy habits!”
Bailon concluded: “Drink your water, squat, rest, read, pray, take your vitamins, eat your veggies! (Preaching to myself to keep going! Lol.) It’s a new month! Let’s do this! BESOS Xx”
To say the least, consistency is the key and weight loss is not an overnight thing. You have to find a diet that is right for you and something you can stick to. You too, can achieve weight loss just like Adrienne Bailon Houghton.
